Final report presentation for on-line analyzers implementation project in Petrobrazi Units (Romania)

The FEED Phase of On-line Analyzers Project at OMV-Petrom Petrobrazi Refinery has included the following objectives:

• Minimize the operating/maintenance costs by Improving the grade of automation, Improvement of the quality of the analysis and response time, Reduction of manpower (especially laboratory and field people), Increase the productivity of the unit and quality of the products which becomes constant and independent of the feed minimize utilities consumption
• To give the possibility to update online the Advance Control Optimization, using the process analytics technique.
• General improvement of the environmental situation in respect to the future required Romanian and EU Environmental Regulation
• Network optimization
• General improvement of the safety operating of the unit.
