On-site commissioning completed at TANEKO Nijnekamsk refinery project (Tatarstan, Russia)

Modcon Systems awarded turnkey project for crude distillation unit process analyzers system. Scope of supply in this project includes magnetic resonance, near-infrared, laser and impedance measurement technologies. Analyzers systems shall be supplied installed in the special Analyzer Houses including air-conditioning, power distribution, lighting, termination and junction boxes, gas and flame detection, relevant piping and wiring. The analyzer houses has a facility for remote real time monitoring, diagnostics and maintenance via secured industrial network, offering complete remote access solutions through a choice of embedded routers.

OJSC TANECO (the former name - ZAO Nizhnekamsk Refinery)  has proceeded with realization of a new step for Tatarstan Refinery development. This step aimed at implementation of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex - which is oriented at processing of 7 mln. tpa of High Sulphur oil into a wide range of petrochemical products - in Republican Petrochemical Center (Nizhnekamsk) is the main strategy for development of the Republican Gas and Petrochemical Complex the share of which amounts to 62 % of the Republic's total output. The New Project will enable further processing of Hydrocarbon feed and provide development of regional and interregional integration of Republican Petrochemical Companies.
