The analyzers system is a part of FMC Technologies export crude oil metering system, which has been designed for the onshore production facilities to be operated by Agip Kazakhstan North Caspian Operating Company (Agip KCO).
The analyzer house is made of Stainless Steel 316 and has dimensions: 13.5M LONG, 3M WIDE, AND 3.4M TALL. The HVAC unit is ATEX certified to a Zone 1 Grp IIC T4 hazardous area and designed to provide forced ventilation with air exchange rate of min. 12 times per hour by related and adequate air circulation.
The analyzers system includes density transmitters, viscometer, slip stream pump, samplers, BS&W analyzers, flushing units, pressure and temperature transmitters, actuators, valves and strainers. The analyzer house to be supplied as completely assembled package, suitable for installation on concrete pad.
