MOD-4020 scrubber wash water solution includes monitoring systems installed at the outlets discharge after scrubber. The system consists of the following main parts:
- Outdoor ingress-protected enclosure
- PAH fluorescence sensor
- Turbidity sensor
- pH sensor
- Temperature sensor
- Sample system
- Control unit with TFT display 320×240 color with capacitive touchscreen.
MOD-4020 Scrubber wash water monitoring system is normally installed downstream of the water treatment equipment but upstream of any wash water dilution or other reactant dosing unit, if used, prior to discharge. The system is delivered factory pre-calibrated and validated with standard solutions. The unit offers 4 sensor channels with user selectable RS232 or RS485 function through Modbus protocol.
A built-in valve allows the use of air blast cleaning for the sensors. Beside this, the system offers network TCP/IP and WLAN, USB port and 6 analog outputs (4…20mA or 0…5/10 VDC output). An integrated relay can be used to initiate alarms or control external devices. Low power consumption, a robust glass fiber reinforced polyester housing and a range of interfaces makes it suitable for discharge wash water continuous monitoring in harsh environment.
