  • Low cost of ownership
  • Compact size reduces installation space
  • An integrated gas sample conditioning device removes particulates and water
  • No loss of water-soluble components
  • Rugged design for trouble-free field installation
  • Minimal routine maintenance
  • Auto calibration options

A Continuous Emissions Monitoring System is a complete measuring system with analysers, sample conditioning, and data acquisition incorporated within a single cabinet. The system comprises infra-red/paramagnetic analysers and advanced sample conditioning assembly to produce an accurate and reliable measurement of up to six measuring components simultaneously: O2, CO, CO2, NOx, SO2, and CH4.

A choice of high-performance gas transducers is offered to allow a user to specify a unit that meets the particular requirements of their application. The following transducers are available:

  • High-sensitivity transducers for CO, NO, and CH4
  • Standard sensitivity transducers for SO2, CO and CO2
  • Paramagnetic for O2
  • Optional components that can be measured include, but are not limited to, the following: NO2, N2O, THC, HCl, NH3, THC, Hg, HF, Opacity, Particulate Concentration & Gas Flow

External automatic calibration, allowing adjustment or checking of zero and span is available as a part of a complete system. Isolated analog outputs, alarm contacts, and RS232 are included as standard. HMI software with a PC Workstation may be added as an option, providing data acquisition, logging, alarms, and reports generation.

The measuring system is contained in a cabinet, thus permitting the installation of the analysers outdoors under rough ambient conditions.

The system consists of the following modules:

  • Sample Probe with filter heated to180 0C and automatic blow-back
  • Sample line made of Teflon and heated to 180 0C
  • Sample gas cooler with automatic condensate drainage
  • Perma Pure dryer for low dew point sample drying (-30 0C)
  • Electrical pump with heated head
  • Flow controlling and calibration facilities
  • Gas Analyser  for measurement of O2, SO2, CO2
  • Gas Analyser for measurement of CO, NO
  • NOx Converter
  • Outdoor IP-Rated Cabinet
  • Air-conditioning unit for outdoor cabinet
